Who is Dr. Partha ?

1. Exceptionally fluent in spoken and written French.
   Consistently, the best student of French language, at the Alliance Francaise of Delhi. His consistently exceptional performance at the Alliance earned him an all expenses paid, scholarship for his Doctoral studies (PhD level) in Grenoble, France.
   
   Grenoble is a beautiful city on the foothills of the Alps, in a region bordering France, Switzerland and Italy.
    
2. Docteur Ingenieur (Engineering Doctorate, Ph.D. level) from one of the finest research laboratories of France (circa 1980) :
   Laboratoire d'Automatique de Grenoble (LAG) of the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France (INPG) . INPG formerly known as Grenoble Institute of Technology, became National Polytechnical Institute (INPG) in 1971 with Louis Néel, Nobel Laureate in Physics as its first President.
